Rheumopharm Ltd was founded in 1994 as a company, its initial activity being the wholesale and retail trade in medicines for patients with a rheumatological profile.
Over time, the company’s activities have expanded and new activities related to participation in research projects in many fields of medicine, promote and implement new methods of modern drug therapy, and marketing activities. These activities distinguish the company from the other distributor of REVMOFARM. Today the company is successfully involved in wholesale and retail with the drug firm MUCOS Pharma GmbH & Co, Germany, from which there is agreement on joint participation in the promotion and sale of drugs Wobenzym, and FLOGENZIM VOBE-MUGOS, produced by this company. Rheumopharm Ltd has been involved in this partnership for the past 11 years.
The company’s goal – improving the health of the population of Ukraine by offering new, safe treatments and disease prevention.
Additionally, Rheumopharm Ltd is engaged in the registration of new drugs and finding them on the market. Rheumopharm has registered and re-registered in the State Pharmacological Center MoH, Ukraine and has opened up the Ukrainian market to 15 new products produced by the following companies: MUCOS Pharma GmbH & Co, Germany, PRO. MED. CS Praha of the Czech Republic, JSC ‘Biotehnos’, Romania, and Dolorgiet GmbH & Co KG, Germany.
Research work Rheumopharm Ltd company works in close collaboration with leading scholars of Ukraine in the fields of medicine: rheumatology, cardiology, dermatovenereology, hepatology, nephrology, pediatrics, urology. The research results were presented at different levels of health forums and published in medical periodical publications.
