In 2010 Gedeon Richter announced the Acquisition of PregLem, a privately held Swiss biopharmaceutical company focused on the treatment of gynaecological conditions and infertility. This Acquisition helped to develop Richter’s presence in the main European markets. Despite its youth, Gedeon Richter is starting to be a real player in women’s health, particularly in France and more broadly in Europe. In France, the affiliate was set up in 2012.
