The Association of the Russian pharmaceutical manufactures (ARPM) was established in 2002 as a non-commercial partnership bringing together leading Russian pharmaceutical companies. Currently their share in the local market makes more than 60% of medicine produced in Russia, more than 35% of export, and more than 70% of medicine of the domestic manufactures in the DLO/ONLS programme.
The ARPM mission is to develop the Russian pharmaceutical industry for the purpose of providing the population of Russia with modern, high-quality and affordable medicines.
The ARPM actively cooperates with Russian legislative and executive bodies. The ARPM is the member of Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
The ARPM is the winner of the open competition of the professionals of the pharmaceutical market «Platinum Uncia» in the nomination «Public organization» in 2007.
Currently the ARPM unites about 20 pharmaceutical plants which are situated in all Russian regions: Moscow, St. Petersburg, Nizhniy Novgorod, the Urals, Siberia and the Far East.
