Advanced Life Science in Italy (ALISEI) is a technology cluster set up to encourage interaction in the health sector – a strategic area for research and innovation in Italy – between research institutions, business and public sector bodies.
The ALISEI cluster works as a facilitator and accelerator in the complex process of transferring knowledge and technologies from multidisciplinary research to the pharmaceutical and biomedical industry, leveraging on public sector and private research laboratories, advanced manufacturing facilities and high value-added services.
ALISEI makes it possible to direct and share Italian and European best practices and engages with regional, national and international policy makers as well as with public and private stakeholders in the life science sector.
