Formerly, he acted as Head of the Health Economics department at Medicines for Europe, Advisor to the Executive Board of INFARMED for almost 8 years and Advisor to the Health Secretary of State to the Ministry of Health in Portugal. Victor has more than 20 years of experience in pharmaceuticals and FMCG sectors.
