He has more than 15 years of new product launches, sales & marketing, negotiation, and market access & pricing experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Prior to joining Merck, Nikola worked for several years in MSD in different positions in sales and marketing, mainly in the hospital business.
Nikola is an expert in global access, pricing, and reimbursement strategy and has extensive experience in creating pricing, access, and reimbursement strategy through the product life cycle, from early product assessment to post-launch pricing strategies. He has in-depth knowledge of international country pricing & reimbursement systems, mostly focusing on Europe. Nikola holds a medical doctor’s degree from Belgrade Medical University.
