Martin Javier Mosteirin

Martín joined Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal in 2003 and is a partner of the Life Sciences and Health Care Departments.
He provides legal advice, both contentious and non-contentious, to leading global companies on regulatory strategies and compliance matters ranging from the client’s day-to-day business to complex cross-border transactions, start-ups, joint ventures, M&As, spin-offs, product liability, contracts, compliance training and audits, administrative proceedings and litigation (trial and pre-trial), and civil and commercial advice in general.
His areas of expertise are the bio-pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical devices, dental products, cosmetics, toiletries and perfumes, households cleaning products and food industries, and agribusiness, among other industries.
Martín graduated from the Universidad de Buenos Aires with a law degree in 2002 and later completed two specializations at the same university: the first in Pharmaceutical Regulatory Matters – at the Medical Faculty – and the second in Corporate Advice in International Trade of Goods, Financial Operations and Payment Methods in Contemporary Commercial Law – at the Law Faculty.
Martín is frequently invited to speak at conferences and seminars in Healthcare & Life Sciences matters and has written many articles on the subject.
He is an active member of the Life Sciences practice group of the International Bar Association (IBA – Life Sciences), the Health Care and Life Sciences Practice Group of Lex Mundi, AmCham’s Health Group, and the Buenos Aires Bar Association.
