Martin Dewhurst

Martin is a co-leader for McKinsey’s global Pharmaceuticals and Medical Products Practice. Over the past 20 years, he has advised clients across Europe, Asia and the US, primarily in the pharmaceuticals, med-tech, and consumer goods industries – from start-ups to the most respected global leaders. Martin’s work focuses on multiple topics, including strategy, organisation (including post-merger integration), and the broad sweep of commercial challenges – product launch, go to market models, access, and use of digital and data.
He is a Board member of Veryday – a leading design company acquired by McKinsey in 2017, now part of McKinsey design. Outside McKinsey, Martin is a trustee on the board of Asia House in London.
