Joonho J. Lee

Joonho J. Lee is a CEO and CoFounder of Cognita Lab INC developing risk management framework around Artificial Intelligence (AI) in healthcare and financial services industries. He is also a general partner at Kryptoconomy LLC, a consulting firm specializing in the development and execution of strategic digital initiatives in diverse industries involving Blockchain, Crypto technology and Cybersecurity. His Portfolio of current works includes Chief Security and Privacy officer role at Apricity Health. Joonho (Juno) has been an innovative and strategic leader who for over 20 years played a leading role in developing and transforming technology, data management & analytics and Cybersecurity for the financial industry. He was a head of strategy and operation at the financial institution regulations group, Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco. Prior to that, he was a Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer of financial institution regulations group at Federal Reserve Bank of New York, where he successfully led a transformation program delivering the next level of capabilities in regulatory and risk oversight. He also managed information technology, Cybersecurity services and strategy supporting mission-critical national financial service operations including international payments, federal open market trading operation and Fedwire. Earlier career developed technology for healthcare, financial trading, and online auctions. He received his J.D. from New York Law School with specialization in information law and policy, M.B.A and M.S. both from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and his B.S. in computer engineering from the University of Connecticut.
