Furthermore, he has assisted health institutions and other public entities. In addition to advising on pharmaceutical legislation and legislation related to medical equipment, his expertise includes regulations on public procurement, competition law, EEA/EU law, and contract law. Before joining SVW, Anders worked at the Norwegian Competition Authority, and he is one of the main authors of the commentary edition on regulations concerning public procurement.
